What materials do you use?
All of my jewelry is made with high-quality gold-filled materials — a durable, long-lasting alternative to solid gold. However, bag charms are gold-plated.
Is your jewelry waterproof or tarnish-resistant?
All jewelry is personally tested by me in water, workouts, and daily wear. They’ve held up beautifully and have not tarnished. While they’re water-resistant, I still recommend treating your jewelry with care to help it last even longer — especially when it comes to harsh chemicals, pools, or excessive moisture.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Gently clean with a soft cloth and avoid harsh chemicals, lotions, or perfumes. Store in a dry place or pouch to extend the life of your jewelry.
Can I request a custom piece?
Yes! I love creating custom pieces. Send me a message and I’ll be happy to bring your vision to life.
Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most items are made to order, so please allow up to 5 business days before shipping. Customized orders may take longer. You'll be notified once your order is on its way!
Do you offer rush orders or expedited shipping?
If you need something quickly, send me a message before ordering! I’ll do my best to accommodate rush requests when possible.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it every step of the way.
Can I make changes to an order after placing it?
Because most pieces are made to order, I’m unable to make changes once an order is placed. Please double-check your selections before checking out — and feel free to reach out if you have any questions beforehand!

What is your return or exchange policy?
Due to the handmade made to order nature of each piece, all sales are final.
What should I do if there's a problem with my order?
Please contact me within 3 days of delivery if anything is wrong or damaged. I’ll be happy to help fix the issue.
